Yummy vegetables from my cousin's garden. So far my dear husband has made a tomato, cucumber, and onion salad with vinaigrette dressing, steamed squash on the grill, and poblanos stuffed with a mixture of cheeses and herbs then grilled. I'm personally looking forward to the eggplant, they are just beautiful. Seamstress I am, great chef I am not, luckily God blessed me with one.
I do a lot of dishes though...
